Attorney David Ansell of Charleston, WV; scammer

The state of West Virginia presented David Monroe Ansell with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Sanford University Law School.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Altered a court order

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Dave practices with the West Virginia Insurance Commission at 1124 Smith Street in Charleston, West Virginia.
