Attorney Denis Englisby of Chesterfield, VA; ethical misfit

The state of Virginia presented Denis Charles Englisby with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of Richmond Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Denny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Disclosed confidential client information

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Denny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Denny practices with Englisby Vaughn & Slone at 10101 Ironbridge Road in Chesterfield, Virginia.
