Attorney Bernice Turner of Richmond, VA; moron, slacker

The state of Virginia presented Bernice Marie Stafford Turner with a law license in 1990.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Bernice guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed safeguard client property
• Failed to properly terminate or decline representation
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Bernice!)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Bernice by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Bernice practices in Richmond, Virginia.
