The state of Virginia presented Michael Patrick Weatherbee with a law license in 1980.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pursued claims that weren’t meritorious (frivolous)
• Made sham contentions in a medical malpractice case
• Improperly named a physician as a defendant

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Mike by gifting Mike with a complimentary reprimand.
