Attorney Eugene Hale Jr. of Prescott, AR; ethical leprechaun

The state of Arkansas presented Eugene Hale Jr. with a law license in 1963 after he graduated from the Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional found Gene guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to disclose material fact when required to so act
• Failed to correct misunderstanding to unrepresented person
• Took advantage of Ms. Johnson to induce her to dismiss felony charges

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Gene by gifting him with a complimentary caution. 

As we speak (September 2015), Gene practices in Prescott, Arkansas.
