Attorney Keith Waldrop of Goochland, VA; slacker

The state of Virginia presented Keith Hamner Waldrop with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Richmond Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Keith guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Keith by gifting Howie with a complimentary admonition.
