Attorney George Walthall of Malvern, AR; imbecile

The state of Arkansas presented George Christopher Walthall with a law license in 1974.

The Committee on Professional found George guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation in several matters (imbecile)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished George by gifting him with a complimentary caution.  

As we speak (September 2015), George practices at 447 East Page in Malvern, Arkansas.
