The sta te of Arkansas presented Byron Cole Rhodes with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional found Byron guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to file ancillary probate estate matter on client’s behalf
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Charged client an unreasonable fee (cheater)
