Attorney Kenneth Shemin of Rogers, AR; ethical dwarf

 

The state of Arkansas presented Kenneth Robert Shemin with a law license in 1978 after she graduated from Memphis State University Law School.

 

The Committee on Professional found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to promptly deposit client funds into client trust account
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to deposit client funds in identifiable client trust accounts

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary caution.  

 

As we speak (September 2015), Kenny practices at 3333 Pinnacle Hills Parkway in Rogers, Arkansas.
