The state of Oregon presented William L. Ghiorso with a law license in 1990.

The Oregon State Bar found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
