Attorney David Webb of Sevierville, TN; ethical elf

The state of Tennessee presented David Wayne Webb with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dave made unauthorized disbursements from his trust account.  He further paid himself a $5,508.45 attorney's fee out of the trust account and thereafter lacked the funds to pay a guardian ad litem fee and opposing counsel's

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Dave practices at 1415 Middle Creek Road in Sevierville, Tennessee.
