Attorney James Walker of Chattanooga; serial liar

The state of Tennessee presented James Holt Walker with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jimmy agreed to represent a client, without compensation in regards to a civil liberties action. For at least two years Jimmy misled the client to believe a lawsuit had been filed and settled for $3,500, which Jimmy then paid the client so he could continue on with his deception.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Jimmy practices at 8030 Rosemere Way in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
