Attorney Richard Frier of Birmingham, AL; cheating loser

The state of Alabama presented Richard Charles Frier with law license in 2000 after he graduated from Samford University Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with clients
• Did little or no work on client bankruptcy cases
• Failed to account for client funds
• Failed to refund unearned fees of at least $21,000 (cheater)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Dick practices at 736 Ridge Way Circle in Birmingham, Alabama.
