Attorney Marva Davis of Little Rock; ethical dwarf

The state of Arkansas presented Marva Joyce Davis with a law license in 1983 after she graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional found Marva guilty of the following misconduct.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Marva by gifting her with a complimentary caution.  

• Failed to pay funds to client’s medical providers
• Failed to provide thorough representation to client
• Failed to abide by client decisions
• Improperly loaned funds to client
• Failed to hold entrusted funds in her trust account
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Marva by gifting her with a complimentary caution.  

As we speak (September 2015), Marva practices in Little Rock, Arkansas.
