The state of Oregon provided William J. Hedges with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Willamette University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to maintain complete records of client funds
• Failed to pay funds belonging to client to the client
• Failed to provide client with appropriate accounting of funds
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Billy!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 63-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2016) Billy practices at 2647 SE Lake Road in Milwaukie, Oregon.
