Attorney Kristin Wilkinson of Houston; thieving loser

The state of Texas presented Kristin Diane Wilkinson with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from South Texas University Law School.

The District 4 Grievance Committee found Kristy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Neglected a client’s case
  • Entered into agreement for or charged unconscionable fee (cheater)
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to refund $25,000 in unearned fees upon being terminated (thief)
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, dishonesty, deceit or misrepresentation

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Kristy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received a complimentary suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Kristi by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Kristi practices with The Wilkinson Law Firm in Houston, Texas.
