Attorney Valerie Barber of Orange, CA; lying loser

The state of California presented Valerie L. Barber with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from the University of San Diego Law

The California State Bar Court found Valerie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Falsely claimed she was licensed to practice in Illinois and Arizona
• Collected illegal fees in home loan modification matters

In one matter, Irwin was convicted of misdemeanor insurance fraud after he paid a driver who rear-ended another car for referring the car’s occupants to Irwin’s law firm.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Irwin by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.
