Justice Clarence (“This Coke’s for you”) Thomas; certified Dufus or ethical dwarf

I still recall the day that President Bush had the chutzpah to proclaim that Clarence “This Coke’s for you” Thomas was the most qualified person in the U.S. of A. to sit on the Supreme Court. I actually thought I was tuned into the Comedy Channel.

Anyone and I mean anyone that believed this hyperbole (BS) would have to be blessed with an I.Q. equal to the legal speed limit for semi-trucks in downtown Atlanta.

If the Coke-Man was the intellectual giant that President Bush claimed he was, then his conduct clearly indicates just the opposite. Not satisfied with being a die-in-the-wool ethical dwarf, the Coke-Man is also a proud and practicing Dufus who has trouble understanding Simple English.

On January 21, 2011, Clarence submitted six (6) amended annual financial statements for the years 2004-2009, which contained the following so-called corrections:
  1. 2004 – The Heritage Foundation
  2. 2005 – The Heritage Foundation
  3. 2006 – The Heritage Foundation
  4. 2007 – The Heritage Foundation
  5. 2008 – The Heritage Foundation and Hillsdale College
  6. 2009 – Hillsdale College
The Heritage Foundation is a well known right-wing, screwball organization that is made up of some really whacky folks, which is proven by the mere fact that Sean Hannity is one of its primary sponsors.

Those reports mandated that the Dufus disclose the sources of any “Non-investment” income his spouse earned. In each of those reports, Clarence falsely stated his spouse had no “Non-investment income.” In his six letters to the Committee on Financial Disclosure, the Moron stated:

“It has come to my attention that information regarding my spouse’s employment required in Part III B of my financial disclosure report was inadvertently omitted due to a misunderstanding of the filing instructions.”

Did the Dufus really Misunderstand Simple English?

In an effort to be excruciatingly fair to Clarence, he may well have misconstrued the term “non-investment” to exclude reporting actual investments made by the Heritage Foundation to effectuate acceptable votes from Clarence.

That’s gotta be it, right? Just a simple misunderstanding from one of America’s most respected intellectual giants! Goshes and Gollies and Gee Whillickers, I feel a lot better now, how about you?
