Attorney James Hurst Jr. of Chattanooga, TN; idiotic slacker

The state of Tennessee presented James A. Hurst Jr. with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to abide be client decisions regarding representation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed as to status of legal matter
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or do so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. December 2016) Jimmy practices at 920 McCallie Avenue in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
