Attorney Frances Baxendale of Ballwin, MO; ethical misfit

The state of Missouri presented Francis Gerard Baxendale with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from St. Lois University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Frances guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Frances found it acceptable to not pay taxes he was required to pay.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Frances by gifting him with a complimentary suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Frances practices in Ballwin, Missouri.
