Attorney David McCollum of North Kansas City, MO; ethical misfit

The state of Missouri presented David Lee McCollum with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the University of Missouri Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dave found it acceptable to not pay taxes he was required to pay.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary suspension of his law license.
