Attorney John Thurston of Manhattan, KS; ethical misfit 

The state of Kansas presented John Wallace Thurston with a law license in 2001.

The Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to withdraw representation when required

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (August 2016) Johnny practices with Addair Thurston Chartered at 900 Poyntz Avenue in Manhattan, Kansas.
