Judge Maria Mansilla of Spain; moronic loser

In one matter, Judge Mansilla was involved in a case involving a pregnant woman who went to a police station to report that she had been physically and sexually abused. Subsequently, the woman came before Judge Mansilla to request that she be provided with a protective order against her abuser.

While questioning the rape victim during a hearing on the requested protective order, Judge Mansilla asked her the following despicable questions.

• “Did you close your legs firmly?”
• “Did you close your female organs?”

As a consequence of her deplorable and inhumane conduct, numerous organizations throughout Spain demanded that Judge Mansilla be removed from the bench.

Spain’s General Council of the Judiciary is in the process of investigating Mansalla’s conduct; however, given its record of acting as enablers for Judicial Misfits its highly unlikely that Judge Mansilla will receive any punishment other than a complimentary reprimand.
