Attorney Lee Pettay of Bloomington, IN; idiotic liar

The state of Indiana provided Lee Pettay with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from Indiana University Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Lee guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to abide by client decisions re: objectives of representation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Knowingly made a false statement of a material fact to a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Lee by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 60-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Timmy.
