Attorney Harry Foster III of Ft. Wayne, IN; thieving loser

The state of Indiana provided Harry Wetherill Foster III with a law license in 1987.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Harry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to take steps to protect client’s interests upon being terminated
• Failed to refund unearned advance fees (crook)
• Charged clients unreasonable fees (thief)
• After making one hearing appearance and only staying on client’s case for two weeks before being fired, refused to return advance fee of $10,000
• Failed to promptly provide client with accounting re: validity of fee claim

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Harry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Harry practices with the Foster Law Office at 1817 Spy Run Avenue in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
