Judge Gina Tveit of Colville, WA; serial scofflaw

The state of Washington presented Gina Tveit with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from the State University of New York (SUNY) Law School.

The Washington Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Tveit guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with three different provisions of state campaign reporting laws
• Submitted several financial reports late
• Used wrong (non-electronic) method of reporting during 2014 judicial campaign
• Failed to report in-kind contributions from her Daddy that exceeded contribution limits

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Gina by gifting her with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Gina continues to sit as Stevens County District Court Judge in Colville, Washington.
