Judge Melanie Andress-Tobiasson of Las Vegas; moronic slacker

The state of Nevada presented Melanie Andress-Tobiasson with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Illinois Law School.

The Nevada Commission on Judicial Conduct found Melanie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly signed ex parte (one-sided) order for a friend in divorce matter
• Failed to uphold and comply with the law
• Failed to ace with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to perform judicial duties fairly and impartially
• Allowed outside interests to influence judicial decisions
• Failed to remove herself from case when bias was obviously present
• Failed to perform judicial duties competently (moron)

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Melanie by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Melanie continues to sit as a Las Vegas Township Justice of the Peace in Las Vegas, Nevada.
