Judge Leon Archer of Dadeville, AL; disgusting pervert

The Alabama Judicial Inquiry Commission found Judge Archer guilty of the following misconduct, all of which was initially exposed by a story appearing in Alexander City Outlook in early 2016.

• Exchanged sexually explicit messages on Facebook
• Exchanged sexually explicit photos with a woman on Facebook
• Posted sexually explicit photos of his genitals on Facebook
• Explicit photos of Leon’s genitals taken at county courthouse
• Conversations included sexual explicit content, comments, and invitations or propositions
• Facebook postings included pictures of female breasts, buttocks and genitalia

Apparently, Leon found it acceptable to play with and send photos of his “gavel” (genitals) to a woman on Facebook while at the county courthouse and while he was being paid a judicial salary by the taxpayers.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judical Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Leon by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month supsension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Judge Archer remains suspended with pay while he awaits a ruling from the Alabama Supreme Court.
