Attorney Gemma Allen of Chicago; thieving loser

The state of Illinois presented Gemma Cassaretto Allen with a law license in 1972.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in overreaching regarding the attorney/client relationship
• Engaged in exerting undue influence
• Attempted to illegally collect contingent in divorce case (thief)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct tending to defeat the administration of justice

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Gemma by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (August 2016), Gemma practices with Ladden & Allen Chartered at 150 North Michigan Avenue in Chicago, Illinois.
