Attorney Andre Carman of Prescott, AZ; ethical gremlin

The state of Arizona presented Andre E. Carman with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Arizona State University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Andre guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Violated his duty to his clients
• Failed to ensure conflict of interest disclosed to firm’s clients
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Victims of misconduct were vulnerable

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Andre by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Andre practices with the Carman Law Firm at 246 South Cortez Street in Prescott, Arizona.
