• Failed to obtain a full proof of evidence from client
• Failed to brief Counsel with proper or detailed instructions
• Failed reconsider appropriateness of defense
• Failed to advise client of likelihood of success
• Failed to abide by client instructions

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Bradly by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $2,500 fine.
