Solicitor Mark Shera of Queensland, AUS; lying loser 

The Law Society presented Mark Stephen Shera with a law license in 1983.

The Legal Practice Tribunal found Mark guilty of the following misconduct

• Falsely or recklessly overcharged legal fees and disbursements (cheater)
• Breached duty of truthfulness in notifying client of error in cost assessments
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Lied to opposing Solicitor

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
