Solicitor Tung Nguyen of Queensland, AUS; ethical elf 

The Law Society presented Tung Nguyen with a law license in 1999.

The Legal Practice Tribunal found Tung guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Submitted a real estate transaction form as a witness to client’s signing when he did not witness said signing

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Tung by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $4,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Tung practices with Southside Lawyers at 22 Tamarind Street in, Queensland, Australia.
