The Law Society presented Michael Twohill with a law license in 1983.

The Legal Practice Tribunal found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly disbursed funds from trust account
• Improperly transferred $11,600 from trust account into general account
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary $5,000 fine.
