The Law Society presented David Martell with a law license in 1996.

The Legal Practice Tribunal found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation(imbecile)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to safeguard client interests
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Dave practices with Priority Legal Services Ltd at 24 Rogers Avenue in Beenleigh, Queensland, Australia.
