Solicitor Joseph Sciacca of Queensland, AUS; cheating loser 

The Law Society presented Joseph Sciacca with a law license in 1974.

The Legal Practice Tribunal found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to disclose to clients interest he had in a matter
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed to make frank and full disclosures to purchasers
• Attempted to and/or did overcharge fees to purchasers (cheater)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary $5,000 fine. 

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Joey practices in Queensland, Australia.
