Attorney Judson Carusone of Eugene, OR; ethical gremlin 

The state of Oregon provided Judson M. Carusone with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from Lewis & Clark University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Judson guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in improper ex parte (one-sided) communications
• Failed to provide notice of motion to appoint receiver
• Engaged in negligent conduct
• Conduct resulted in actual client injury

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Judson by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Judson practices with Behrrends Carusone & Covington PC at 1455 Williamette Street in Eugene, Oregon.
