Attorney Ronald Fitzke of Englewood, CO; thief, convicted druggie

The state of Colorado provided Ronald Scott Fitzke with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Stole $19,000 from client’s estate while practicing with his Dad in Nebraska
• Funds were stolen to support Ronnie’s cocaine habit
• Pled no contest to Nebraska theft charges
• Forged client’s signature on client refund check
• Arrested for possession of controlled substance
• Pled guilty to class 4 felony possession of controlled substance

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Ronnieby ordering that he be disbarred. However, several years later the comedians sitting on the Court voted to reinstate Ronnie’s law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Ronnie practices with Shortridge, Fitzke & Hultquist PC at 4 Inverness Court in Englewood, Colorado.

As one would suspect, the Shortridge firm does not make any mention of Ronnie’s egregious misconduct on its self-serving website at www.ssf-law.net. Apparently, the firm decided to conceal this highly relevant information in order to not limit its future victim pool.
