Attorney William Fritsche III of Fort Collins, CO; ethical leprechaun

The state of Colorado provided William John Fritsche III with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected client legal matter
• Abandoned one client
• Failed to account for fees received from client
• Displayed complete disregard for disciplinary proceedings (Up yours, said Billy!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Billy by ordering that he be disbarred. However, several years later the comedians sitting on the Court voted to reinstate Ronnie’s law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Billy practices at 2601 South Lemay Avenue in Fort Collins, Colorado.
