Attorney William Hunsaker Jr. of Golden, CO; scofflaw

The state of Colorado provided William J. Hunsaker Jr. with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from Washburn University Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Deposited $34,000 into son’s checking account while his son was on the run from law enforcement authorities

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Billy practices with Hunsaker Emmi PC at 1667 Cole Blvd in Golden, Colorado.
