Attorney Johnny Rasberry Jr. of Memphis; slacker

The state of Tennessee provided Johnny Quitman Rasberry Jr. with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Quinnipiac University Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Johnny practices at 5100 Poplar Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee.
