Attorney Jeffrey Mueller of Jackson, TN; idiotic slacker

The state of Tennessee provided Jeffrey James Mueller with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Mississippi Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to lodge an order as ordered by trial court
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Knowingly disobeyed an obligation under the rules of a tribunal
• Failed to appear at hearing on client’s behalf
• Failure to appear at scheduled court hearing led to client’s case being dismissed
• Client’s appeal dismissed due to gross incompetence

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Jeff practices at 1289 North Highland Avenue in Jackson, Tennessee.
