Attorney Jack Morris of Jackson, TN; Dumbo, serial offender

The state of Tennessee provided Jack Colin Morris with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the Nashville Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

Jack’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to expedite client litigation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jack by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

Jack’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client

• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
