Solicitor Sophina Ali of Glasgow, Scotland; scofflaw

The Law Society presented Sophina Mehmood Ali with a law license in 19997.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Sophina guilty of the following misconduct.

• Obtained driver’s license while disqualified
• Driving without mandatory insurance

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Sophina by gifting her with a complimentary censure.
