Solicitor Martha Rafferty of Glasgow, Scotland; drunken convict

The Law Society presented Martha Anne Rafferty with a law license in 19997.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Martha guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Martha was criminally convicted on two (2) separate occasions of driving under the influence (DUI).

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Martha by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Martha practices at 40 Carlton Place in Glasgow, Scotland.
