Solicitor Loris Hendy of New South Wales; tax scofflaw

The Law Society of New South Wales presented Loris Hendy with a law license in 1990.

The Office of the Legal Services Commissioner found Loris guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to pay employees superannuation contributions
• Failed to pay employees group tax
• Failed to pay proper amount of GST (Goods and Services Tax)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Office of the Legal Services Commissioner punished Loris by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Loris practices at 49 Hastings Street in Wauchope, New South Wales.
