Attorney Everett Martindale of Little Rock; repeat offender

The state of North Arkansas provided Everett O. Martindale with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Everett guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to timely file appellate record on client’s behalf
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As one would suspect, this isn’t Everett’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary caution for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Everett by gifting him with a third complimentary caution.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Everett practices at 902 West Second Street in Little Rock, Arkansas.
