Attorney Ronald Davis Jr. of Little Rock; imbecile, serial offender

The state of North Arkansas provided Ronald Laval Davis Jr. with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct. In addition to the two instances of misconduct set forth below, Ronnie one prior complimentary caution for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

Ronnie’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Incompetence led to delay of client appeal

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Ronnie by gifting him with a second complimentary caution.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
