Attorney Howard Jenkins Jr. of Austin, TX; serial pervert

The state of Texas presented Howard S. Jenkins Jr. with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from South Texas University Law School.

A panel of the District 9 Grievance Committee found Howie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Asked DUI client series of inappropriate questions of a sexual nature
• Lied to client he was conducting a “women’s study”
• Asked client in criminal case questions of a sexual nature
• Made inappropriate sexual statements to client in criminal case

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Howie by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Howie practices at 1307 Nueces Street in Austin, Texas.
