Solicitor Douglas Eaton of New South Wales; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of New South Wales presented Douglas John Eaton with a law license in 1979.

The Office of the Legal Services Commissioner found Doug guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
  • Represented client in matter wherein he also represented the local Council

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Office of the Legal Services Commissioner punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Doug practices at 464 Rutleys Road in Mannering Park, New South Wales.
